If you’re here, you may be a parent looking for your own support, or seeking care for your adolescent or teen. You might also be a young adult or college student navigating this season of life independently. Many people who find their way here are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges that begin to affect daily life, school, work, motivation, or connection with others.
You may notice persistent worry, low mood, irritability, burnout, difficulty concentrating, withdrawal from relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities. These experiences can show up in both subtle and disruptive ways, and they often make everyday life feel heavier than it should.
These struggles are common, and you don’t have to work through them alone. Therapy can support teens, young adults, and parents in building coping skills, improving mood, strengthening relationships, and creating more balance in daily life. For parents, therapy can also offer space to process stress, improve communication, and feel more grounded in navigating family or life challenges.
I’m grateful to walk alongside adolescents, teens, young adults, and parents with care and support—helping you build insight, manage anxiety and stress, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater emotional balance and well-being.
How I Can Help You
Therapy Services Offered

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions provide a supportive space for you to slow down, explore what you’re feeling, and better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work on building practical coping skills to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions in a way that feels grounding and manageable.

Family Therapy
Family therapy sessions provide a supportive space for your family to come together, improve communication, and work through conflict in a more understanding and connected way. The focus is on helping each member feel heard while building healthier patterns that strengthen relationships and support the family as a whole.
